Job Description:

li>To establish and evaluate the premise Safety, Security and carpark operations as to meet Company’s requirements.

To maintain operational efficiency and effectiveness, discipline and moral of the Safety & Security (SSOs) and agency guards under his charge to attend incidents during tour of duty.

Responsibl for the security of the company premise and site by ensuring adequate protection of all assets.

To plan, organise, supervise and manage the assignments given to SSOs and agency guard to ensure operation.

li>To assist Fire Safety Manager in the organisation of yearly fire drills and tabletop exercise.

Carry out safety and security audit within the company premise to ensure all workplace and common area are in compliance to WHSW, Fires Safety Act, SCDF’s requirements and Company’s SOP.

Prepare incident report and ad-hoc report as and when required/li>

Maintain high security standard

Maintain good rapport with Singapore Police Force, SCDF and the Management of neighbouring premise.

Manage carpark operations, incident/accident and crisis and systems and equipment such as CCTV, carpark systems and fire protection systems.

Participate in the Company Emergency Response Team (CERT) if required/assigned .

To participate/ attend all drills/joint exercise with major stakeholders, SPF & SCDF as and when required.

any other task as assigned by immediate Supervisor/Management.

Requirements:

Possess Police Licensing & Regulatory Department (PLRD) license with PWM Grade of Chief Security Officer

At least 5 years of experience in the security industry.

EX-SPF personnel background services have an added advantage.

Possess Port Facility Security Officer (PFSO) .

Diploma/GCE O Level.
