Process Engineer Required (Project)

Job Description:

• Process calculation and simulation in HYSYS or / and similar software’s.
• Conceptual process design with establishment of flow diagrams.
• Familiar with system control requirements and implementation of these in the Flow diagrams and P&ID’s
• Interface with other disciplines e.g. piping/layout, E&I etc.
• Making Process Data Sheets for mechanical (static and rotating) equipment used in above systems.
• Familiar with Material Selection Philosophy for the equipment and piping used in above systems.
• Familiar with valve selection philosophy used in above systems
• Safety relief calculation (blowdown) and vent systems including cause & effect diagrams.
• Familiar with classification of equipment on board FSRU’s and FPSO’s including the applicable codes and regulations.
• Taking lead in HAZOP and process design reviews.
• Participation in Commissioning and Start Up activities when requested by Customer.

Requirements:

• Broad experience from process engineering of LNG and Gas Compression systems.
• Detail Process design with establishment of P&ID’s for LNG regasification and compression system.
