Job Description:Qualification
Pressure Vessel / Tank Inspector
• Male at least graduated from High School or Technical high school with a solid background in the petrochemical industry as pressure vessel
inspector with 6 years of experience or graduated from university (Engineering) with at least 4 years experience.
• Have Certified Confined Space (CSE), Have good competency of government certification on welding inspector (WI) or Pressure Vessel Inspector
• Familiar with relevant international inspection standards (ASTM, ASME, AWS, API & etc.) & government regulations.
• Analyzes inspection findings. Prepares reports. Generates repair/upgrade/modification recommendations based on inspection findings.
• Performs inspections, non-destructive testing, and fitness-for-service evaluation on statutory equipment (such as but not limited to tanks,
heaters, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, boilers, and piping) to ensure mechanical integrity, safety and reliability. Ensures construction
and repairs comply with codes, standards and industry practices.
• inspect and approve repairs and alterations to pressure equipment in accordance with the Quality Management System.
• Ensure the scope of work of inspection work based on the work pack must be executed and completed sign off
• Maintaining Records & Documentation
• Able to communicate and write technical reports in English.
• Familiar to operate PC (MS offices).
Civil Inspector
• Male at least graduated from High School or Technical high school with a solid background in the petrochemical industry as Civil inspector
with 6 years of Experience In Concrete Work, Earth Works, Drainage And Utility Construction Inspection Or Graduated From University (Civil
Engineering) With At Least 4 Years of Experience.
• Have Certified Confined Space (CSE), Have good competency of government certification in civil engineering, construction method and system
analysis
• Familiar with relevant international inspection standards (ASTM, ASME, AWS, API & etc.) & government regulation.
• Monitor and control EPC contractor activities regarding the construction of civil construction projects/works
• Ensure that contractors abide by their own QA/QC plans
• Maintaining Records & Documentation
• Able to communicate and write technical reports in English.
• Inspection, witnessing or verification to establish the quality of a material, structure or system
• Ensure construction procedures and/or techniques meet project specifications in compliance with the approved contract.
• Familiar to operate PC (MS offices).
Project Inspector
• Male at least graduated from High School or Technical high school with a solid background in the petrochemical industry as a project inspector
with 6 years experience or graduated from University (Engineering) with at least 4 years experience.
• Have Certified Confined Space (CSE), Have good competency of government certification in civil engineering, construction method and Welding
Inspector (WI)
• Familiar with relevant international inspection standards (ASTM, ASME, AWS, API & etc.) & government regulations.
• Ensure That the Company’s Safety, Quality, Schedule, Shop Drawing, Contractor Works And Method Meet Requirements
• Carry out supervision related to mechanical scope (structure, fabricate, QA/QC) and finishing on construction projects
• Maintaining Records & Documentation
• Able to communicate and write technical reports in English.
• Familiar to operate PC (MS offices).
• Providing Daily Inspection of Construction Work Within a Given Discipline To Ensure The Project Is In Compliance With Plans And Specifications
• Observe Field Work to Ensure Workmanship and Materials Meet Standards
• Evaluating Plans & Specification for Construction Project to Ensure Conform with Regulation.
Valve Inspector
• Male at least graduated from High School or Technical high school with a solid background in the petrochemical industry as Manual Valve,
Relief Valve and Safety Valve inspector with 7 years experience or graduated from University (Engineering) with at least 5 years experience.
• Familiar with relevant international inspection standards (ASTM, ASME, AWS, API & etc.) & government regulation.
• Have good competency of government certification on Welding Inspector (WI) or Valve inspector preferable
• Inspects components for repair and testing of various valves, including but not limited to ball valves, gate valves, butterfly valves, safety
relief valves, etc
• Inspect, test, or measure materials, products, installations, or work for conformance to specifications.
• Thoroughly complete all calibration and documentation associated with testing and repairs.
• Maintaining Records & Documentation
• Able to communicate and write technical reports in English.
• Familiar to operate PC (MS offices).
Plant & NDT Coordinator
• Male at least graduated from High School or Technical high school with a solid background in non-destructive testing with 6 years’ experience
or graduated from University (Engineering) with at least 4 years of experience.
• Certified ASNT level II or equivalent in minimum in plate and pipe configuration, (PT, MT, UT, RT)
• Have good competency of government certification on Welding Inspector (WI)
• Familiar with relevant international inspection standards (ASTM, ASME, AWS, API & etc).
• Coordinate quality inspections and testing (NDT, PWHT) with contractor and sub-contractor.
• Perform NDT examination of welds and materials by any one of the following methods and qualifications (i.e. IRISH, PAUT, PT, MT, HT) in
accordance with a written Project NDT Plan, NDT Procedures, Code, work pack and Contractual Specification.
• Review Work pack to ensure appropriate NDT are referenced with Planning details, Task List and overall accuracy
• Ensure all project quality assurance/control documentation is compiled and completed in a timely matter and meeting deadlines.
• Able to communicate and write technical reports in English.
• Familiar to operate PC (MS offices), good at preparing drawings (isometric / sketches).
• Good physical condition is proven by medical tests.
• Able to work under the supervision of the plant inspector & pressure vessel inspector.
