HLO(Helicoptor Landing Operator) – 1 Crew

September to year end (90 days)

International passport

Yellow fever vaccination

Seaman’s book

Medical fitness record

OPITO HLO training

OPITO HERTL Training

BOSIET

Heli ERT (Helideck Emergency Response Team) – 2~3 Crews

Yellow fever vaccination

Seaman’s book
STCW Personal Training Record Book

Medical fitness record

OPITO HERM Training

Heli-ERT crew with rank’s such as AB and/or OS will be ideal
