Report to Lead and Assistant Lead Project Material Management Controller.
Involve in project to ensure smooth flow of project materials by coordinating with individual disciplines/trades in production and supporting department.
Daily update of material status for both Client and also Department’s Material Status Report.
To utilize surplus materials prior to raising any purchase request.
To evaluate MTO from relevant department to ensure all information is aligned and captured.
Familiar with project material specs (including revision) or requirements such as approved vendor list, country of restrictions, if any.
To highlight any specific client specs in order to avoid any discrepancies.
Prepare material status report for review and update it periodically.
Raise technical query for material substitution and non-approved vendor acceptance.
Prepare material offcut list from MTO quantity to cross checked with site offcut list.
Requirements:
Piping OR E&I discipline.
Prior experience is a must.
Permanent job.
5.5 days .
Transport from various MRT station.
