Job Description:

• Minimum 2 – 3 yrs. of experience in marketing / communication or similar capacities.
• Some prior experience / knowledge of engineering products and services etc
• Knowledge in design, communications, and technical writing.
• Proficiency using Adobe Illustrator & InDesign will be an asset.
• Attention to detail is critical in this role as errors can be costly and highly visible outside the company.
• Ensuring adherence to aggressive schedules is key responsibility of this role
• Active engagement with various stakeholders and SMEs is required to obtain and validate content for
marketing collateral.
• Comprehend the corporate and segment strategies and messaging and drive alignment in marketing collateral.
• Adhere to schedule to ensure timely release of marketing documents.
• Organization of finalize materials into a readily accessible repository for the business.

Requirements:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills to interact, write, proofread and edit
• Able to work in a fast paced environment in order to meet established timelines.
• Dynamic personality and team player
• Proactive and able to work independently with little supervision
• Good PC skills and proficient with Microsoft Office
• Able to provide creative solutions and innovative approaches
• Keen eye for details, aesthetics, and colours
• Proficiency with MS Office
