Responsible for engineering design of E-House/LER & Turret LER HVAC system.
HVAC system design for FPSO topside module such as design control philosophy, cooling load calculation, mechanical ventilation sizing, duct sizing, pressure drop calculation, sound calculation, technical specification preparation etc.
Involves in HVAC equipment selection, request quotation and procurement.
Preparation of technical query report, supplier variation report and non-conformance report.
Dealing with client engineering, project management, site inspector, ABS surveyor to ensure the project compliance.
Attending factory acceptance test for procured HVAC equipment/items to ensure the compliance
Preparation of method statements for HVAC testing and commissioning, risk assessments, and JSA.
Involve in HVAC system pre-commissioning, testing and commissioning.
Attend material receiving inspections and call for AFI.
Sign off ITR and Mechanical Completion checklists.
Coordinate with the Client and Subcontractor for mechanical completion and for clearing of punch list items prior to Project Completion. Achieve the progress as per project schedule.
Ensure and monitor the installation of the HVAC system during the construction, in accordance with spec, regulation, project quality plan and safety requirements.

Involving in mechanical or HVAC testing and commissioning. Prepare job confirmation form, site instruction for site modification work as per client requirement.
Familiar with standards such as ASHRAE, SMACNA, ABS, ISO 15138, ISO 7547, ISO 8861, SOLAS. API RP 505, USCG, ASME, DW 143, DW 144.
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Engineering/Mechanical Engineering
At least 6-7 years’ experience in Marine industry as an HVAC Engineer in engineering design and production area
