Auditors Required in Malaysia!!!

Below is the requirement and brief description:

There will be 8 disciplines of Auditors required (NOT Inspectors)
1. Electrical
2. Process
3. Safety
4. Instrument
5. Static
6. Rotating
7. Structural
8. Wells & Pipeline.

a. Location: Offshore Sabah (East Malaysia)
b. Number of platforms/assets – 19
c. Estimated 89 days of work x 8 pax.
d. Auditor working time – 12 hours Offshore, Mon ~ Sun; Onshore – 8 hours, Mon ~ Friday / Sat
e. Auditor needs to have valid BOSIET and Permit to work in Sabah (ie preferably a local Sabahan) and must ready to mobilize within 5 days upon call out.
f. Auditor to be familiar to PPGUA (Petronas Procedures and Guidelines for Upstream Activities) and OSR-MS (Offshore Self-Regulation).
g. Contract Period, spread over 3 months.

NOTE: SOW is to carry out audit on offshore platforms on the above disciplines, and potentially 1 onshore base, based on the Checklist given. No certificate required or to be Issued. NCRs and final report will be required. Client wants Auditors with a Holistic approach and not acting as an Inspector and are able to understand offshore environment.
