    Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Project Manager in tender and execution process to identify financial requirement and commercial risk and propose mitigating control, including monthly project review, project month end closing and project close-out.

  • Work with APAC Commercial team to review tender T&Cs, identify risk, simulate scenario and analyze tender profitability.
  • Month end closing activities including review of financials, accruals of revenue/cost, preparation of Flash PnL/BS, financial analysis and quarterly requirement.
  • Process set-up, documentation and improvement on PS/IOS/SW project.
  • Partner with APAC sales/aftermarket for AFE preparation, justification and financial analysis for APAC Geomarket timely and accurately
  • APAC Geomarket SNOP and Financial forecast preparation, and analysis except for Malaysia and Indonesia.
  • Maintain compliance with Company Financial Standards and US GAAP
  • Participate in on-going review of internal controls and annual SOX testings

    Requirements:
    • Bachelor in Accountancy or equivalent with at least 5 years of working experience in a MNC, with a mixture of Big 4 and commercial experience preferred.
    • Good knowledge in Financial Reporting Standards and ability to interpret Financial Standards in business context.
    • Experience in SAP and HFM is preferred.
    • Team player with good analytical skills.
    • Excellent communication skills with different internal stakeholders.
    • Hands on approach with a keen attention to details, both numbers and language.
    • Proactive and solution-focused personality with great sense of ownership.
