MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• To supervise receiving checks on deliveries by suppliers and ensure that marking reference, quantity and description of goods conform to the company’s
• To ensure that proper and safe handling, packaging, labelling and storing are maintained at all times and the products are correctly located at the segregated areas
• To ensure that stocks are correctly picked and clearly marked
• To ensure that final inspection checks are performed on all items stated in the company delivery orders
• To plan and ensure that all perishable items are properly packaged and stored to prevent damage during delivery
• To ensure that stock card are updated on a daily basis in a consistent and timely manner
• To carry out environmental aspect/impact and OHS risk assessment for warehouse activities at the workplace
• Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the superior
• Other responsibilities documented in the QEHS Procedure and QEHS Manual
• To supervise and manage workload of warehouse staff
• Must be familiar with software knowledge on Scales, Agresso

• Diploma Holders or its equivalent
• At least 2 years relevant supervisory/managerial experience
• Familiar with storekeeping and warehouse functions.
• Candidates with forklift license is preferred
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Physically fit and hardworking
