Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Engineer

Job Description:
To implement comprehensive TPM program.
To conduct baseline studies of all existing machines.
To draft TPM master plan/schedule.
To setup system to track machine efficiencies and breakdowns.
To generate reports relating to machine performance, budgeting, etc.
To plan and execute continuous improvement projects relating to production machines.
To conduct tool box meetings and trainings.
To assist Department Manager to maintain budget according to plan and track monthly expenditure.
To participate and support all HSE programs.
To raise PR for parts/service procurement.
To setup system for spare parts inventory.
To used CAD software for drawing machine layouts and spare parts.
To look for parts substitution when appropriate.
To participate in all Audits such as HSE, ISO, etc.
To participate in ad-hoc projects when required.
Requirements:
- Possess minimum Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
- Have at least 6 years of maintenance experience in machine shop environment of which 1 – 2 years of Supervisory level is preferred.
- Strong communication skills.
- Prior experience in managing projects will be an added advantage.
