Assist HR Manager in all operational aspect of Human Resources & Administration, including Recruitment & Selection, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Payroll Processing benefits with compliance to Singapore laws
Assist HR Manager in development, implementation and improvement on HR & Administrative policies and procedures and ensure that payroll is processed in a timely and efficient manner for all staff
Back up / take over the HR Executive, HR Officer and HR Assistant when necessary
Assist Department Managers / Group Managers in Human Resources planning
Assist in administration of annual performance appraisals, prepare appointment letter, staff orientation, payroll & etc
Assist and support staff from Corporate office in Europe / any subsidiaries who stationed in Singapore on their accommodation, work passes and etc
Assist HR manager in compliance review as and when required
Assist HR manager to ensure cohesiveness among team
Administer the issuance of Staff and Access Pass
Attend to auditor during annual auditing process
Back up / take over the Receptionist/HR & Admin Officer when necessary
Conduct Orientation and Induction with updated information (if any)
Handle monthly Payroll processing (headcount of approximately 160 headcount)
Handle all clearance for resignation & termination
Handle work pass (all type) application and renewal
Involve in employee related matters
Maintain accurate HR database and up-to-date employee records
Manage the entire recruitment and selection process (eg. advertisement placement, arranging and participating in interviews and etc)
Manage all internal communications to employees
Ongoing review on work process in HR & Admin team
Provide necessary guidance to HR team in daily HR activities
Participate in organising company staff activities
Promote safety and security in organization
Participate and contribute to HR project
Support HR manager to head towards business partner
Submit all government related matters (eg Government paid leave scheme, NS claim, CPF, IR21, IR8A and etc)
Study and analyse data as and when required
Update in-house HR System
Undertake any ad-hoc task assigned from time to time
Review and update HR internal SOPs as and when required
Responsible for ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day HR operations activities
Responsible in annual insurance renewal process
Work hand-in-hand with HR Manager to provide advisory and support to Business units on HR matters to meet business goals, including manpower planning, talent development, on-boarding and off-boarding management
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree Holders (HR Academic qualification preferred)
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in wide spectrum of HR duties
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Working experience in MNC Environment
Data analytic experience
Strong experience in Recruitment & business partnering preferred
Exposure to organization shares program, full payroll processing and hands-on Payroll experience in Timesoft Payroll Software will be an added advantage
Meticulous and able to integrate relevant information to develop solutions and solve issues
Expatriates management experience will be an added advantage
Familiar with work pass application (new pass, renewal & termination)
Sound knowledge of Singapore labour laws and regulations
Involvement in annual insurance renewal process preferred
Microsoft office (Excel, Words, PowerPoint) (with VISIO will be an advantaged)
Computer literate (especially in Microsoft Offices) with good command of English & Mandarin
People-oriented team player with good interpersonal and communication skills

Able to carry out tasks under competitive environment or within short notice
