Primarily to provide coordination and support for sales team including the product specialist team
Assist in preparing tender documents and product specification when necessary
Assists the sales team to generate and follow up on quotation status.
Lead management – consolidate all the leads from workshops, seminars, phone inquiries and web and allocate appropriately to the respective sales personnel to follow-up.
Assist and support relevant sales and marketing activities including seminar, workshop and in training ( internal and external)
Responsible to replenish sample cabinet so that the application team will have ready trial materials to support customer trials.
Track and organize schedules, delivery of demo equipment / sample products with Commercial Operations
Assisting in implementation and supporting CRM Solutions – SAMBA for sales and technical team
Supporting Change Notification to all customers
Any other duties and responsibilities involved within the role as assigned from time to time
Coordinate the relevant logistics in organizing workshops and seminars for both customers and internal guests. This includes selection of event venue, lodging / transportation arrangement, F&B needs and others.
Support in organizing yearly sales meeting for SEA.
Requirements:
Diploma in any field.
2-3 years related experience
Fresh graduate awaiting further education may be considered
