Job Description:

Accountable for Business volume in E&A based on assigned Customers to manage.

Organize and participate in relevant sales meetings with customers.

Ensure that offers are fulfilling margin targets or request deviation approval according to business guidelines.

Ensure the correctness of costs in the offer calculation.

li>Manage sales teams in the assigned geographical region / customer segment / defined responsibility area to meet strategic goals.

Identify and report risks in own responsibility area.

Manage, monitor and develop the sales projects in own responsibility area and report the progress to relevant stakeholders.

Maintain and further develop present assigned customer relationships.

To administrate the contracts signed with the client, to observe and act on the rights and responsibilities given in the contracts.

Identify, screen and develop sales opportunities in his/her Territory.

Ensure with project owners that scope (features/functionality) is explicitly defined and documented.

Maintain integrity of scope and obtain approval for scope change.

Lead with ultimate responsibility procurement of all products, resources and materials necessary to successfully complete project

Maintain open communication with suppliers/procurement to ensure quality products/services from suppliers

Report the status of assigned project scope as well as ensure that the status is according to approved project plan.

Maintain and develop internal and external relationships and ensure that projects fulfil stakeholder expectations.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering .

Minimum 3 years of sales experience in Marine/Shipping industryy.

Candidates should have proactive Sales and Negotiation Skills

Well versed and good exposure in both Marine & Shipyard Markets .

Good team player with good interpersonal, communication skills and able to work independently.

Good written and communication skills in English and Mandarin .
