Qualification’s Requirements
Minimum qualifications shall be as follows: –
– Senior Welding / NDE Inspectors
Fifteen (15) years previous experiences in a similar role with knowledge of fabrication, welding and NDE techniques (RT, UT, MT & PT). An essential requirement is previous experience of working in a fabrication yard for Offshore and Onshore facilities / activities.
The candidates shall be qualified and have experience of working in wellhead platform construction and/or offshore platform (Structure/Piping Inspector) / pipeline installation on derrick lay barge to the following qualification as minimum.
– CSWIP 3.1 Welding Inspector or AWS Certified Welding Inspector
– MT and PT: ASNT level 2
– RT: CSWIP / PCN level 2 (Interpreter)
– UT: CSWIP / PCN level 2, AUT (Preferable)
– Welding / NDE Inspectors
Ten (10) years previous experience in a similar role with knowledge of fabrication, welding and NDE techniques (RT, UT, MT & PT). An essential requirement is previous experience of working in a fabrication yard for Offshore and Onshore facilities / activities.
The candidates shall be qualified and have experiences of working in wellhead platform construction and/or offshore platform (structure/ piping inspector) / pipeline installation on derrick lay barge to the following qualification as minimum.
– CSWIP 3.1 Welding Inspector or AWS Certified Welding Inspector
– MT and PT: ASNT level 2
– RT: CSWIP / PCN level 2 (Interpreter)
– UT: CSWIP / PCN level 2, AUT (Preferable)

Fifteen (15) years previous experiences in a similar role with sound knowledge of external/internal blasting, cleaning and protective coating techniques, pipeline coating at plant and installation of insulation materials as applicable. An essential requirement is previous experience of working in an onshore fabrication yard and/or offshore facilities/activities corresponding to assigned working location of working in a fabrication yard for Offshore and Onshore facilities/activities. A senior coating/painting inspector shall be acting team lead and qualified to NACE Coating Inspector (CIP) level 2 or equivalent recognized international organization such as BGAS, SSPC or FROSIO.
– Coating, Painting and Insulation Inspectors
Ten (10) years previous experiences in a similar role with sound knowledge of external/internal blasting, cleaning and protective coating techniques, pipeline coating at plant and installation of insulation materials as applicable. An essential requirement is previous experience of working in an onshore fabrication yard and/or offshore facilities/activities corresponding to assigned working location of working in a fabrication yard for Offshore and Onshore facilities/activities. A coating/painting inspector shall be qualified to NACE Coating Inspector (CIP) level 2 or equivalent recognized international organization such as BGAS, SSPC or FROSIO.
– Senior Electrical (E), Instrument (I) and Telecommunication (T) System Inspectors
Fifteen (15) years previous experience in a similar role with appropriate knowledge for the installation and pre-commissioning / testing of Electrical (E), Instrument (I) and Telecommunication (T) system/equipment. The proposed CONTRACTOR PERSONNEL shall act as EIT team lead and have previous experiences of working in an onshore fabrication yard and/or offshore facilities/activities corresponding to assigned working location.
– Electrical (E), Instrument (I) and Telecommunication (T) System Inspectors
Ten (10) years previous experience in a similar role with appropriate knowledge for the installation and pre-commissioning/testing of Electrical (E), Instrument (I) and Telecommunication (T) system/equipment. The proposed CONTRACTOR PERSONNEL shall have previous experiences of working in an onshore fabrication yard and/or offshore facilities/activities corresponding to assigned working location.
– Construction Superintendent
Fifteen (15) years previous experiences in a similar role with five (5) years client Experience, sound knowledge and familiarize of Oil and Gas Production and Project Construction Standards in accordance with EPCI scope of work. Able to manage and coordination for all phases of construction works including, but not limited to, ensuing that specifications are being strictly followed, work proceeding on schedule, budget and quality.
The candidates shall be qualified and have experience of working in wellhead platform construction and/or offshore platform (structure/piping inspector) / pipeline installation on derrick lay barge and/or brownfield modification to the following qualification as minimum;
• Schedule outlook in Contractor’s work preparation i.e. documents, material, manpower
• Ensure quality control duties and responsibilities regarding the work performed
• Communicate with Project Team in all levels i.e. daily reporting, progress control, project status, look ahead plan, critical activities highlight, etc.
• Attending on-site supervision and ensure smooth delivery of projects
• Coordinate with field authority for approval prior commencing the works including RA, JSA, PTW, HAZID, attending KOM, etc.
• Acting COMPANY Construction Superintendent to promote SSHE objective
• Identify Contractor/ Sub-contractor non-compliance with safety, health, and environment quality standards
• Coordinate required inspection with field authority as necessary
• Maintain daily log of all activities at worksite
• Perform superintendent duties at multiple job sites, simultaneously and acting inspection team lead
• Walk all units on project daily to monitor activities and assist on look ahead planning
• Perform job progress and completion punch list identification and completion
Superintendent shall supervise all contractors, sub-contractors, consultants, and vendors on a daily basis. This supervision shall ensure adequate manpower is available for each tasks and compliant work performed. He/ She must be able to travel to the worksite and/or working on the rotation basis when assigned to offshore assignment.
– Senior SSHE Supervisor;
Ten (10) years previous experiences in a similar role with five (5) years client Experience, sound knowledge of Oil and Gas Production and Project Construction OGP SSHE codes, standards in accordance with EPCI scope of work and contractual terms and conditions required SSHE technical and quality. An essential requirement is previous experience of working in an onshore fabrication yard and/or offshore facilities/activities corresponding to assigned working location. Senior SSHE supervisor shall be assigned in a role of SSHE team leader managing overall SSHE-MS Implementation for wellhead platform fabrication, transport, installation, hook-up and pre-commissioning activities.
– SSHE Supervisor;
Five to seven (5-7) years previous experiences in a similar role with two (2) years client Experience, sound knowledge of Oil and Gas Production and Project Construction OGP SSHE codes, standards in accordance with EPCI scope of work and contractual terms and conditions required SSHE technical and quality. An essential requirement is previous experience of working in an onshore fabrication yard and/or offshore facilities/activities corresponding to assigned working location. SSHE supervisor shall be assigned in a role of SSHE Management, SSHE-MS Implementation for wellhead platform fabrication, transport, installation, hook-up and pre-commissioning activities.
Additional Requirements
• PERSONNEL for offshore positions shall possess at least two (2) years of related offshore works.
• PERSONNEL shall be familiar and complying with applicable recognized SSHE Standards for Oil and Gas Industry.
