Compiling data, records, reports and certificate (Manufacturing Data Records)
Issuing Certificate of Conformance
Maintains efficient paper and electronic filing system and ensures quick retrieval of requested documents.
Coordinating TPI inspection activities
Scanning the documents, reports, records and certificates
Counter check the data at Assembly & Testing and Shipping stage
Prepare Pre Inspection Meeting documents
Monitor the Inspection Release Note issuance by the Third Party Agency
Liaise with TPI
Enters data from various sources into spreadsheets, verifies input and calculations.
Regularly develops original and complex spreadsheets, databases and reports.
Assists department staff in developing and preparing complex reports and presentation material.
