Parts Coordinator

Job Description:
- Handle and coordinate quotations and orders to internal and external customers
- Be responsible for quality and response time for orders and inquiries
- Follow up parts deliveries according to agreed process, including possible problem solving and claim handling
- Support non-conformities team with regards to spare parts orders and deliveries
- Act as a link between Sales, Customers (internal and external) and various departments
- Create invoices and other possible documents needed for delivery
- Create purchase orders and liaise with external vendors
- Off hour support for spare parts deliveries
- Other duties as requested by superior
Requirements:
- Candidates with Degree or Diploma in any field.
- 2 years of working experience in related field.
- Preferably specializing in Customer Service, Logistic/Supply Chain or equivalent
- Candidates should possess strong communications skills, cost awareness, reporting and analyzing skills, teamwork and cultural knowledge
- Knowledge/Experience in SAP will be an added advantage.
