Job Description:• The Inspection Coordinator shall be a native English speaker or shall be fluent in the English language to IELTS grade 7 or better. Inspection Coordinator shall be educated to degree or diploma level in an engineering discipline and have not less than 15 years’ experience in oil and gas related projects and at least 5 years in a similar position or 5 years in QA/QC related discipline. The Inspection Coordinator’s responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:
• Receive requests for inspection and coordinate with Contractor’s international network for provision of local personnel as required by the request for inspection
• Review resumes for local inspectors prior to proposing to Company for consideration
• Organises travel and visas where required and Approved by Company
• Coordinate and distributes Company supplied data and specifications
• Assign report numbers
• Review inspection reports for correctness and completeness prior to forwarding to Company
• Maintain a record of all reports
• Maintain a record of any non-conformances
• Provide a monthly progress report to Company
• Attend any meetings as directed by Company
