Job Description:
- Performs diversified administrative duties for various departments.
- Perform attendance card and records related transactions such as MC/Leave/Attendance
- Create department Purchase Requisitions
- Maintain and scan documents
- Update and maintain department data
- Organize meeting lunch/tea breaks for team
- Coordinate training schedule
- Assist with claims for department staff via in-house system
- Submit transport arrangement for OT
- Island wide transport provided
