The Main objective of this services being to ensure that the suppliers and their sub-suppliers maintain established schedules in accordance with Purchase Order requirements and enables project objectives to be achieved

Expediting services can be applied at different stages of a project such as: fabrication and assembly, rectification work, material deficit, failure on test or inspection, shipment and packing. At Region Diversified, we clearly identify the Expediting component of the project because it relates to project timelines, project objectives and ultimate project success.

When we are commissioned by our Client to carry out Expediting, our office will coordinate and plan for this service. As such, we believe that every project procurement plan requires a dedicated expediting team. We provide experience personnel with specific technical and production processes knowledge to ensure actions is taken to maintain or return to schedules.
